ISAC offers a complete range of central units for the Costantino CNC.
Only a portion of the hardware resources is dedicated to Costantino; the remainder allow for the execution of the dedicated operator interface, the on-board CAM programming software, and the integrated simulator.
The central unit models have low-power processors, high performance and high availability, with Intel Celeron architecture, i3, i5, i7.
All central units are powered by 24Vdc, they use passive heat dissipation tools (fanless), have graphics acceleration capabilities, and solid-state components for mass storage. They included the operating system IoT version protected from writing and constant updates, with extended support. They have an EtherCAT port, an Ethernet port for connecting to the factory network, and a second Ethernet port for programming or connecting other IP devices.
