The Emmegi group has been operating for years in the processing of aluminum in bars and profiles, and of PVC. It exploits different production units for the production of many lines of machines, each with different options available and different from each other in complexity, size and functionality; exports machinery all over the world in large volumes.

The interactive CAM produced by the company allows programming and fine-tuning of the program on the machine. The integration with the production management system makes it important to connect to the network and to remotely check the production and productivity parameters of the machines in the workshop where they operate.

In addition to the milling capabilities, the machines have sophisticated workpiece holding devices during machining, loading and unloading, which require handling control.


The ISAC supply has undergone a constant evolution to offer cutting-edge hardware and software solutions, but has always maintained the compatibility of calibrations, programs and PLC logic.

ISAC has introduced the interface with the most modern fieldbuses for servo drives and IO currently available, to reduce production costs, improve the reliability and productivity of the machine, offer compatibility with third-party products chosen by the customer.

The quality of processing in relation to processing times and mechanical limits has undergone constant improvement and has contributed to the success of the company.
