AXIS 1 – ACTION 1.1.2 – Call for Proposals: Support for MSMEs in the Acquisition of Innovation Services
With the INOVA project, ISAC srl radically innovated its corporate management by activating a consultancy service aimed at implementing a new management control system. This provided important support to top management in making strategic decisions and achieving established objectives through the measurement of key indicators to analyze the gaps between planned objectives and actual results.
The project also involved the use of several partners to test the SIMON simulator, already developed by ISAC. This simulator, in addition to simulating the machine's kinematic components, also simulates all its accessory components, thus verifying all movements and highlighting any collisions between mechanical parts.
The partners introduced the simulator into their design offices using models of some previously designed machines and verifying the operation and optimization of the operating cycle on the simulator as a confirmation of what had already been tested directly in the field.
