ISAC operates in the Industrial Automation sector, a sector that supplies mechatronic components (electromechanical, electronic, IT) to automate production processes in plants and machinery. The company has been designing and manufacturing components for Industrial Automation since 1994, in particular it designs a Numerical Control for Automatic Machine Tools, which finds applications in the processing of different materials. The field of application of the products is very diverse:

• Automation of industrial processes; 

• Automation of machine tools for manufacturing production.

The company carries out Research & Development activities, dedicates itself with its staff to projects for the conception and renewal of its products and is specializing in increasingly intangible products in which the cost of the initial project is always higher.

With these conditions, the management of corporate security is increasingly complex and for this reason ISAC undertakes an investment based on Cybersecurity consultancy activities in order to introduce skills and tools in its company for the development of industrial automation tools that meet the requirements. of cybersecurity.

The project involves the purchase of software tools for static code analysis and identification of program criticalities from the point of view of IT security.
