Distributed I / O

ISAC distributed I / O modules have several characteristics that make them ideal elements for applications in numerical control machines.
They have a very compact shape that facilitates DIN rail mounting. They expose all connections via removable spring-loaded connector, for easy wiring and module replacement without having to attach wires.
Their stable and secure connections avoid connection problems.
Inside, the modules contain many features of self-diagnostics and protection from wiring errors, and expose the information on the EtherCAT network available to the diagnostic software during the commissioning of the machine, or to the automation logic during the start-up. use of the machine.

The general architecture of the modules provides a coupler for EtherCAT bus with the internal bus, and a series of modules each with a functionality, described below. These modules can expose functionality on the bus coupler node, or create additional EtherCAT nodes in the network.
