This solution should have allowed remote diagnostics and network connection of the machine. Furthermore, it should have supported the modular construction of components to be assembled together only at the time of shipment from the customer. Solution ISAC offered its own ARM processor-based PAC. The solution enables device networking, execution of a programmable control law and an HMI in various languages, all in the same device. The axes can be controlled in pulses / direction also for stepper axes, which allows to optimize the performances for step axes and reach, sometimes exceed, the nominal characteristics of the motors. Furthermore, the CAN interface allows to interface third party drives. Through the integrated DCS functionalities and at the low price per unit, each component of the machine contains a device that controls all its parts, and then communicates with the central unit via the network, in this way the machine can be configured at the time of assembly of components.
