CNC central units

Only a part of the hardware resources is dedicated to Costantino, the remaining ones allow the execution of the dedicated operator interface, the on-board machine programming CAM, and the integrated simulator.

The central unit models have low-power, high-performance and high-availability processors, with Intel Celeron, i3, i5, i7 architecture.

All the central units have 24Vdc power supply, use passive heat dissipation tools (fanless), have graphics acceleration capabilities, and solid state components for mass storage. They have included the operating system IoT version protected from write and constant updates, with extended life support. They have an EtherCAT port, an Ethernet port for connection to the factory network and a second Ethernet port for programming or connection to other IP devices.

The central units have mounting templates for the bottom of the panel or for DIN rail, and connect to touch screen models, with dimensions 15'', 19'', 24'' up to a distance of 30m. All connections are on one side and easy to access.
