ISAC CNC central units offer stable real-time performance that does not degrade with intensive use of resources on the Windows side. ISAC guarantees the availability of production items for long periods, and their repair even after production has gone out of business. ISAC offers a complete range of central units for the Costantino CNC. Only a part of the hardware resources is dedicated to Costantino, the remaining ones allow the execution of the dedicated operator interface, the on-board machine programming CAM, and the integrated simulator. The central unit models have low power processors, high performance and high availability, with Intel Celeron architecture, the3, the5, the7. All central units are powered by 24Vdc, they use passive heat dissipation tools (fanless), have graphics acceleration capabilities, and solid-state components for mass storage.
