{"id":516,"date":"2024-10-30T11:49:28","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T10:49:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isacsrl.eu\/?post_type=hardware&#038;p=516"},"modified":"2025-11-24T12:53:45","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T11:53:45","slug":"unita-centrali","status":"publish","type":"hardware","link":"https:\/\/isacsrl.eu\/en\/hardwares\/unita-centrali\/","title":{"rendered":"Central Units"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ISAC offers a complete range of central units for the Costantino CNC.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only a part of the hardware resources is dedicated to Costantino, the remaining ones allow the execution of the dedicated operator interface, the on-board machine programming CAM, and the integrated simulator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central unit models have <strong>low power processors<\/strong>, <strong>high performance and high availability<\/strong>, with Intel Celeron architecture, <em>the<\/em>3, <em>the<\/em>5, <em>the<\/em>7.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All central units are powered by 24Vdc, they use passive heat dissipation tools (<em><strong>fanless<\/strong><\/em>), have graphics acceleration capabilities, and solid-state components for mass storage. They included the <strong>operating system<\/strong> IoT version <strong>protected from writing and constant updates<\/strong>, with extended support life.
